Jan 14, 2021 · EDIT: I installed the Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 driver utility and Spotify is now working. I am now also able to change the bit depth and sample rate in the Windows Sound dialog window, though it doesn't seem to matter which settings I choose either here or in the driver utility.

Dec 2, 2021 · I connected the scarlett 2i4 with two rokit8's and immediately received the "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." message. I played some youtube videos and competitor streaming music apps to confirm that the audio output was working correctly.
